I brought my car in because I noticed a chugging noise coming from the front right wheel well. I took it in and within a day they got it diagnosed and started working on it. Replaced all four tires, pads and rotors. Everything was perfect until I noticed a shaking on the drive home. I brought it back and they got it re-balanced immediately. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and they don’t gouge for parts/labor. I’d recommend them to anyone for any issue!

Absolutely outstanding service! The team was friendly, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of quickly. Super accommodating with scheduling. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for trustworthy, professional auto care!

I’ve gone to BCA three times now for car repairs on my old jeep. They are so kind and so helpful. I’m a Bradley student and their location is perfect, but the service keeps me coming back. I know if anything goes wrong, I can go there and not have to worry about my car. They are extremely knowledgeable. They are kind and helpful and truly want to help you and your car. The service is unbelievably fast but I never have to worry if it’s not up to par. They have helped me three times now in time crunches with no stress on me. Thank you big city automotive and Allan for all you do for the Bradley community. I will miss your wonderful service when I graduate in may! I can’t recommend this place enough.

I cannot thank Big City Automotive Alan and his crew on the prompt service that I received from them on the repairs that were done on my 2017 Cadillac XT5 I've only owned this car for 10 days and while taking my wife to Peoria for her doctor's appointment all of a sudden I had crazy messages flashing on the screen air conditioner stopped working and my coolant temperature gage stopped reading the cars temperature but no check engine light ever came on So I called Big City Automotive and Alan told me to bring it in So after my wife's appointment we went straight to Big City Automotive and since it was late in the afternoon Alan said he would get it in and see what's going on So we left our car there and got home Alan called and told me he found the failure and he would call the warranty company to get everything taken care of mind the fact I only owned the car less than 10 days Alan said that the repair will be done the following Monday or Tuesday So Alan called me on midmorning Monday and told me my car was ready and the warranty company covered everything even the deductible This company Big City Automotive is top notch on customer service, punctuality awesome service and quick tu

Absolutely amazing place! Called yesterday morning because my car was leaking coolant, and Allen told me to bring my car in that afternoon and he’d take a look at it. When I arrived to drop off my car, he was so incredibly nice. As a woman the customer service at auto shops isn’t typically the best. That wasn’t an issue here! When they sent me my vehicle condition report, he was very patient with me asking questions and explained everything very well. They had my car fixed by the next afternoon, and I let him know how thankful I was for him just being kind. He let me know that they treat everyone that comes in there like family, and that nobody should be taken advantage of. I will absolutely be returning here for all of my future car issues. Thank you guys!
